Africa Supply Chain

We support companies in taking their first steps or expanding their activities in Africa to achieve greater vertical integration and connect them with local partners. Together with TU Berlin, we have been supporting GIZ and the Invest for Jobs project since the founding of PAMA (the Pan-African Mobility Alliance was initiated at the German government's Africa Summit 2018 in Berlin). The aim is to strengthen Africa's economic development by creating sustainable jobs in the mobility of goods and people.

Support in the conception and development of a Mobility Alliance of the automotive industry for the expansion of value chains and the establishment of supply chain structures in developing countries for GIZ

Identification of relevant logistics chains in a comprehensive study on component and supplier analyses in several Compact with Africa countries

Support of business and educational delegations, representation at conferences with presentations and panel discussions on the topic of logistics chains in Africa

Cooperation in the development and implementation of research and further education programs as well as case study projects, including with students in Africa and together with African partner universities and companies

Participation in the Logistics Corridors working group of the AAAM (African Association of Automotive Manufacturers) by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Frank Straube
